Ryan Heim is a 2004 graduate of Jasper High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business—with Distinction—from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2008, with majors in Finance and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), earning the designation in 2020.

He joined Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company in 2015 as an Investment Analyst in the Financial Advisory Group. In 2016, he transitioned to the Accounting and Finance Department as a Financial Analyst, and in 2019, he was promoted to Vice President and Financial Planning Manager. Since 2020, Ryan has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company.

Ryan finds great fulfillment in helping both borrowers and deposit customers make sound financial decisions—believing that these individual successes contribute to the overall financial health and performance of the bank. He is a strong advocate for relationship-based banking and values building meaningful connections with clients and the community.

Ryan resides in Jasper and is actively involved in the local community as a member of the Jasper Kiwanis Club and the Ireland Knights of Columbus. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling.
