Dianna joined Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company in 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Harrison College and a Master’s in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Dianna also holds senior-level certifications from both the HR Certification Institute (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

She is a graduate of the Human Resources Management School at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, the American Bankers School of Marketing, and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, where she also earned a Wharton Leadership Certificate. In 2024, she completed the Information Technology School through the Graduate School of Banking in Madison.

Dianna and her husband, Chris, have three children and six grandchildren—Jack, Kallie, Gunner, Jolie, Quinley, and Kip. In her free time, Dianna enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, motorcycling, and making memories with her grandchildren.
